Robinhood is exploring a Stock Token with T. Rowe Price, the $1.9 trillion asset manager, that would track an actively managed ETF. It would be Robinhood's first token on a fund whose holdings a manager picks, and board approval, regulatory clearance and filings still stand between the talks and anything an allocator can buy.
